Military-grade construction for extreme environment operations. Self-contained, compact HVAC atmospheric water generator providing purified drinking water in a single unit for wall or vehicle mounting. Portable large-capacity self-contained HVAC and atmospheric water generator units.
These units have been specially designed to operate in harsh environments and to withstand sustained vibration for Radome and control room applications. All units can be custom-engineered.
Systems can be made up to 240,000 Btu 460 V using a dual compressor. The starting delay between compressors cuts the starting load by 50%. Option 380, 440, 560, volt 50/60 Hz. 1 or 3 pH is available. Optional preheat filter, brass or 316 stainless steel mesh. Stainless steel construction. Filters can be added to the unit. See filter selection. Units can be 100% fresh air or recirculating air. Preheat allows the operator to maintain a steady duct temperature. The AC unit can be configured as a split system, self-contained, or portable.
The Whisperaire series, originally designed in 1993 and recently updated, is a self-contained marine cooling and heating unit that can be installed in any remote area. Installation does not require the services of a refrigeration technician because the refrigerant system is hermetically enclosed in a marine-grade stainless steel cabinet. Installation is accomplished simply by connecting small-diameter PVC pipes used in typical plumbing applications. The size of these pipes enables the air supply to the cabin to be installed in very small spaces, even in the ceiling. Unlike conventional systems, which use ducting up to 6″ in diameter, this system can provide the same amount of air in just 2 inches because the unit is a high-pressure system similar to the type of air conditioning used in aircraft. Systems can be made up to 36,000 Btu 120 V using a dual compressor. The starting delay between compressors cuts the starting load by 50%. Option 380, 440, 560, volt 50/60 Hz. 1 or 3 pH available
A list of standard CFM at SP and horsepower is available. We can also design systems to meet your needs and specifications.
The Ocean Breeze Engine-driven system is made with the highest quality material for marine, recreation, commercial, or industrial use. Systems can be ordered either engine-driven with a water-cooled cupro-nickel condenser or air-cooled. For dual circuit cold plate applications, systems can be ordered to be used with AC electrical systems combined with either or both air or water-cooled condensers. Systems are sold with standard installation kits or can be custom-ordered to specific needs. The above system can be used as either a refrigeration, freezer, chiller tank or blast freezer. Stainless steel boxes can be ordered for all the above systems.
The Compact Marine Load Bank provides the advantage of compact size and low-temperature operation, making it ideal for indoor installation well within the interior of a ship. Unlike air-cooled load banks, which must exhaust a very high volume of hot air to the outdoors and, as a result, are limited when installed indoors, a water-cooled load bank only needs two pipes (water in and water out). It produces no significant heat radiation to the interior space. In many cases, this will allow installation nearer to the power source or in otherwise unused space. Manufactured with a stainless steel shell and using cupro-nickel tubing joined with manifolds, water-cooled marine load banks are suitable for use with fresh or salt water.
Our ice machines range from 500 lbs/24 hrs to 2,000 lbs/24 hrs with remote ice delivery through tubing. Available for self-contained or split system water-cooled or air-cooled condensers.
Fernando came out and installed a new unit on my boat. They were prompt and precise. The fit of the unit works well. All in all, it's a great company to use.
